Order Processing Times
Most orders for in-stock items are processed within 7 days of payment. Some items may require additional time (up to 3 weeks) as they are custom made. An example are the Pixelcade Mini devices and the ALP Back Panels which are hand assembled.
iiRcade USB Enablers are high-demand items which have an extended shipping time. These items may ship up to 4 weeks after the order date.
Items which are backordered will generally have an ETA in the product description. Payments for backordered items are collected when the sale is made. Items begin shipping on, or about, the ETA date and your actual delivery date depends on your selected shipping method.
Some backorder items cannot be canceled after a certain date. Please check the item description for details.

For other countries, tracking updates will stop at the border
If the country you’re shipping to doesn’t support full tracking, the tracking updates will stop once it’s handed to the foreign postal service at the border.
*International flat-rate shipping doesn’t provide guaranteed door-to-door tracking to destinations in Mexico. Whether you can see door-to-door tracking updates for packages sent to Mexico depends on the tracking number of your label that gets assigned once Asendia receives the package and hands it off to Mexico’s national postal service, Correos de México.
**Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, Russia isn’t accepting any packages until further notice.
